PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an angular speed fluctuation of an intermediate gear so as to maximize accuracy for a gear requiring the highest accuracy by always matching a meshing part condition between a driving gear and the intermediate gear with a meshing part condition between a driven gear and the intermediate gear. SOLUTION: A sleeve 6 and an abutting part 7a are made to abut on each other so that an angle D between a straight line L1 connecting the centers of a driving gear 1 and an intermediate gear 2 and a straight line L2 connecting the centers of a driven gear 5 and the center of the intermediate gear 2 become just an integral multiple of a single gear pitch angle of the intermediate gear, and then, the driven gear 5 and a lever 7 are positioned. Therefore, a meshing part E condition between the driving gear 1 and the intermediate gear 2 and a meshing part F condition between the driven gear 5 and the intermediate gear 2 are always meshing with each other. When the highest meshing ratio is accomplished between the driven gear 5 and the intermediate gear 2 and a load change in the driven gear 5 is transmitted to the intermediate gear 2 most easily, the highest meshing ratio is also accomplished between the driving gear 1 and the intermediate gear 2, so that the intermediate gear 2 is caught most strongly by the driving gear 1 so that constant speed rotation can be easily transmitted.
