PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an early deterioration of a damper spring, and decrease the size of an unbalance mass provided on a balance shaft, when applied to a balance device. SOLUTION: A damper device 23 comprises a first and second spring holders 25, 26, and a projecting part 29 having an arc-shaped guide groove 29b is provided on the spring holder 25. The spring holder 26 is composed of a pair of locking pieces 33 provided to project on a plate 32, and a locking piece 35 having a stopper 34 making a regulating part on the center. The locking pieces 33, 35 are formed into an arc shape having the same curvature as the guide groove 29b, and inserted in the guide groove 29b. A damper spring 27 transmitting rotating force of one spring holder 25 to the other spring holder 26 between both spring holders is arranged between the locking pieces 33, 35 and the projecting part 29. The position and the weight of the stopper 34 is set to unbalance a center of gravity of the whole stopper 34 and the damper spring 27 relative to a rotating center of both spring holders 25, 26.
