PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings which is excellent in design, airtight when closed with a simple constitution, sure in indoor/outdoor ventilation when opened, capable of preventing rain from entering, and free from any trouble of being peeped indoors from outdoors. SOLUTION: In fittings having a ventilator, a center of a link 52 is pivotably supported by a rotary support shaft 54 at a ventilating opening 46 in a ventilating opening frame 45 of fittings main bodies 40, a link 53 of an outdoor side cover 50 is pivotably supported by a coupling shaft 55 on one projecting end of the link 52, a link 53 of an indoor side cover 51 is pivotably supported by a coupling shaft 55 at the other projecting end of the link 52, an outer fit-in stepped part 48 to be fitted in closing the outdoor cover 50 and an inner fit-in stepped part 49 to be fitted in closing the indoor cover 51 are formed around the inside/outside of the ventilating opening 46 at the ventilating opening frame 45, and the outdoor side cover 50 and the indoor side cover 51 are simultaneously openable/closable.
