The invention relates to a covalent oligonucleotide fixation method to a nylon surface. A charged, preferentially negatively, nylon is used, wherein the primary amine functions are made use of to fix thereon by coupling, in the presence of a coupling agent, 5' phosphorylate oligonucleotides. In this way, it is possible to simultaneously detect various nucleic acids in a biological sample. More specifically, it is possible to detect nucleic acids derived from pathogens or tumours, organs, biological fluids. Nucleic acids comprising occasional mutations, deletions or insertions may also be involved.<IMAGE> |
