PURPOSE: A high temperature superconductive micro strip line high frequency filter is provided to use an area of a circle substrate to the highest degree. CONSTITUTION: The high temperature superconductive micro strip line high frequency filter includes a substrate(20). A pad input section(21) and a pad output section(22) are formed at input and output sides, respectively, in order to connect the substrate(21) to an external terminal. A concentrated constant resonator(25) is arranged at a center of the substrate(21) and includes a concentrated constant indictor(23) and a concentrated constant capacitor(24). Distribution constant half wavelength resonators(26,27) are connected to the concentrated constant inductor(23). A distribution constant input matching section(28) is connected between the distribution constant half wavelength resonator(26) and the pad input section(21). A distribution constant output section(29) is connected to between the distribution constant half wavelength resonator(27) and the pad output section(22).
