PURPOSE: An oil cooler cleaning device is provided to improve impurity removal efficiency and to promote durability and cooling efficiency by cleaning the inside of an oil cooler. CONSTITUTION: For removing impurities stuck to the inside of an oil cooler(90) employing an automatic transmission oil changer of a vehicle, a motor pump(30) is driven to transfer new oil into the oil cooler via a new oil supply tube(50) while air generated from an air compressor(80) is supplied to the new oil supply tube by an air supply unit(200) fixed in a portion of the oil supply tube. Then, the impurities are removed. According to removal of the impurities, life span of the oil cooler is extended while cooling efficiency of engine oil is improved. Therefore, engine performance is enhanced.
