PURPOSE: A seat belt of a front seat for children is provided to draw out a seat belt in pulling a headrest forward to use by installing the seat belt for children. CONSTITUTION: A headrest(10) has two seat belts(11a,11b) wound on a retractor in the both sides. The seat belt is drawn out by pulling a tongue(18b) of the seat belt in opening a lid(12) closing the upper face of the headrest. A rotating shaft(21) is formed integrally in a stay of the headrest, supported by an inner frame of a seat backrest(16), and arranged horizontally. A worm wheel(15) is installed in an end of the rotating shaft, and an actuator(13) having a worm(14) to interlock the worm wheel is mounted in the side of the rotating shaft. The worm and the worm wheel are actuated in driving the actuator by a switch. The headrest is pulled forward at 90 angular degrees by turning the rotating shaft, and stood perpendicularly by rotating the actuator reversely. Buckles(17a,17b) are mounted in both sides of the seat backrest, and combined with tongues of the seat belts.
