PURPOSE: An assembly typed fish breeding apparatus is provided to simplify the installation and the separation thereof, to improve the strength and the stability thereof, and to extend the life of use. CONSTITUTION: An assembly typed fish breeding apparatus comprises a buoy clamp(2) drilled with a first fitting hole and a second fitting hole. In the first fitting hole a buoy tube is inserted, and in the second fitting hole a support pipe is inserted. A footstool(8) and a handrail support(10) integrated with a handrail(1) are installed on the top side of the support pipe by using a hinge shaft. In this way, an individual fish breeding float(1) is formed. The one fish breeding float and the other fish breeding float are connected each other by inserting the end of a connector(17) in the support pipe and fastening them by a bolt and a nut. The corners of the individual fish breeding float are connected by a connection member(24).
