PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a processed meat product by softening the read(2) of a ruminant adjacent to the manyplies(1) of the ruminant is provided to use whole parts of the read of the ruminant easily. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) first cutting a crumpled intestine(11) of the read(2) of a ruminant in the direction of the wrinkles; (ii) putting a tenderizer in the cut crumpled intestine and aging the crumpled intestine; (iii) washing out the tenderizer and freezing the cleaned crumpled intestine; (iv) defrosting the frozen intestine and cutting the resulting intestine by sizes and uses; and then (v) processing the cut intestines with a seasoning and aging the seasoned intestine for hours to let the seasoning be permeated to cellular tissues of the intestine. |
