METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BASIC ANTI-MICROBIAL PEPTIDE EN MASSE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing basic anti-microbial peptide from a recombinant microorganism in a high yield regardless of the types of the peptide antibiotics by minimizing the inhibition effect on the growth of host cells. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing basic anti-microbial peptide comprises the next steps of: i) manufacturing a fused gene by linking a gene of acidic peptide, which neutralizes positive charge of anti-microbial peptide and has more than one disulfide bond, with a gene of anti-microbial peptide with positive charge; ii) inserting the fused gene into a vector and transforming bacteria therewith; iii) separating expressed peptides and removing acidic peptides; and iv) obtaining basic anti-microbial peptides.
