PURPOSE: A feed additive containing cultured microorganism biomass and its manufacture method thereof are provided, to enhance feed efficiency, reduce livestock excretions and offensive odor generated thereby and also increase egg-laying rate. CONSTITUTION: The feed additive composition contains: 0.01-20wt% of a concentrate prepared by culturing Rhodopseudomonas capsulata and lyophilizing it; 3-30wt% of a fermentate prepared by culturing Aspergillus oryzae in a medium comprising wheat bran, corn and soybean meal and hot-air drying it; and 50-75wt% of powdered zeolite(50-250mesh). This composition can be added to a livestock feed by 0.03-0.3wt% based on the total weight of the feed compound.
