Alveolar distraction device (10) of the endosseous type for distraction treatments on portions of the mandibular/maxillary bone (11), said device being inserted into a substantially vertical dead hole (21) made in the part of the bone to be distracted, and comprising an externally threaded thruster element, an axially hollow and internally threaded lower element suitable to clamp onto the bottom (21a) of the vertical hole (21) and suitable to accommodate at least a lower segment of the thruster element, and an axially hollow bushing element including an external threading to anchor to the internal walls (21b) of the vertical hole (21) and an internal threading suitable to cooperate with the threading of an upper segment of the thruster element, said thruster element (12) including longitudinally a first middle-upper segment with a first threading (13a) with a direction mating with said internal threading (24) of the bushing element (14), and a second middle-lower segment with a second threading (13b) with a direction contrary to that of said first threading (13a) and mating with the internal threading (25) of the lower element (15). |
