TRACKING SERVO DIGITAL VIDEO DISC RECORDER SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE: A tracking servo device in a DVDR(Digital Video Disk Recorder) system is provided to detect a converting point of a land and a groove, and to convert a tracking error signal at the detected converting point. CONSTITUTION: A land/groove decide unit decides land/groove of a signal surface of an optical disk through detecting phase of a tracking error signal. A system control unit generates a phase control signal for inverting/non-inverting the phase of a tracking signal according to a result from the decide unit. A phase adjust unit outputs a phase of the tracking error signal after inverting/non-inverting by the control unit. A servo unit controls a laser beam to precisely trace a land signal surface or a groove signal surface according to inverted/non-inverted tracking error signal.
