PURPOSE: An electromagnetic wave isolation system for a vehicle is provided to prevent human defect due to electromagnetic waves by covering the breast of driver and passengers with isolation covers wound upon both sides of each back rest. CONSTITUTION: A couple of rollers(20) having isolation covers(10) wound thereon are mounted at both sides of a frame(110) of a back rest(100) rotatably. Each isolation cover has a fitting hole(11). Plural latches(21) are formed at the end of the rollers respectively. The latches are engaged with both adjusting levers(111) hinged to the frame to be rotatable with elastic support. The two isolation covers are joined to a single product. When a driver or a passenger takes a seat of a vehicle, the driver or the passenger pulls the both isolation covers from each side. The driver or the passenger covers the breast to isolate electromagnetic waves.
