PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a window regulator motor of a vehicle is provided to reduce resonance noise caused by the tare and the rotation of the motor. CONSTITUTION: Two round holes are formed in an inner panel of a vehicle door where a window regulator motor(3) is fixed. A buffering pad(6) having three through holes is inserted into the round holes with protrusions. The protrusions are formed around the circumference of each through hole and one side of each protrusion is contacted with the inner circumference of the round hole while the pad is fixed to the round holes. Three welding bolts(3a) fixed to the window regulator motor pass through the through holes and the motor is fixed to the door with a fixing clip(7). Therefore, the vibration and noise caused by the tare and the rotation of the motor are attenuated and absorbed by the absorbing pad.
