PURPOSE: A detecting system of an accident vehicle detects a vehicle, which caused an accident, memories, and the image information of the vehicle and outputs the information in case of a contact accident with another vehicle on parking and stopping state. CONSTITUTION: A detecting system of an accident vehicle comprises an access detector(11), an image information detector(12), an image information controller(20) and an image displayer(30). The access detector(11) detects an access and contact accident of another vehicle. The image information detector(12) detects the image information of an access vehicle. The image information controller(20) selectively memories image information in the image information detector(12) according to values inputted by the access detector. The image displayer(30) displays the image information memorized in the image information controller(20) to a user. Thus, the detecting system of the accident vehicle detects a vehicle which caused accident, memories image information, outputs the information and provides driver image information of a caused vehicle in case of a contact accident with another vehicle on parking and stopping state, thereby reducing the driver's economical damage of the accident vehicle.
