<p>The graphite-containing composite material shall be used for making of antifriction sealing systems in the production and repairs of mechanical front sealings for pumps, steam heads, calanders, shafts, sealing bushings and plates for different machines, tools and pieces of equipment. The products made out of it are resistant to the effect of hot and chemical aggresive fluids and have low porosity under 1%. The material contains the following components in vol. %: graphite powder (under 150 micro m) from 60 to 72, 50% liquid formaldehyde resin from 14 to 22, 95% ethyl alcohol from 12 to 18 and hexamethylenetetramine 0.8 to 1.0. 1 claim</p> |
