The biologically active phytocomposition-extract is used for the preparation of cosmetic preparations having combined antidandruff, antiphlogistic, antiseborrheic and antimicrobial effect. It includes, in wt.%: essential oils from 1 to 4.5, flavonoids 0.5-1,5, tannins 0.8-2.2, phenol glycosides 0.5-3.5, inulin from 2.5 to 8, proteins 0.1-0.5, vitamins of B group from 1.65 to 65 mg. and the remaining to 100 is monopropyleneglycol. The phytocomposition is produced by the extraction of a mixture of vegetative raw materials in wt.%: pine tops from 30 to 50, Arctium roots from 25 to 40, willow bark from 15 to 30, oak bark from 10 to 30, rice chaff from 1 to 40 and hips from 1 to 60. It is applied in cosmetic preparations in quantities from 0.1 to 30%, preferably from 0.5 to 10%, optionally in combination with hydrolyzed seaweeds and salicilic acid, the remaining components being known and their selection depending on the designation of the preparation. 9 claims
