<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation property of a device, and to eliminate the separate preparation of fixing device such as a bolt and a nut. SOLUTION: A device has a cylindrical cover main body 10, which is 'formed of two semi-cylindrical bodies 12, 13 made of plastic and connected to each other through a hinge part 11 freely to be opened and closed, and a fixing device 14 provided in the cover main body 10 so as to prevent a loose-out of the cover main body 10 in relation to a branch line. The fixing device 14 has pinching pieces 27, 28 and housing recessed parts 25, 26 for housing the pinching pieces 27, 28 so as to regulate the oscillation range thereof.</p> |
