The present invention relates to objects of everyday life and may be used in the fields of advertising or tourism as a souvenir representing the architecture of a town. This souvenir article comprises a base (1) with a closed, curved and convex surface on which a cartographic representation is applied and represents a schematic map of the town or a portion thereof. The upper point (2) of the base represents the centre of the town, or the centre of a portion of said town, that corresponds to its geographic, historic, commercial or economic centre. This article may further include advertising or useful information as well as information about historical and/or architectural monuments. The surface of the base may be smooth or have relief features, and said base is made in the shape of a ball or an ellipsoid. This souvenir article is mounted on a stand (4) through an arc-shaped support (5) so as to be capable of rotation. |
