PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve disassembling workability and to increase the recycling rate of panels by providing a locking member on the end part in the protruding direction of an extending member, and by fitting the locking member to the surrounding edge of the back side of a movable member through grooved openings when the locking member is passed through it. SOLUTION: When locking pins 23, 24 are passed through grooved openings 20a, 20b and movable arms 15, 16 approach an optional position, the locking pins 23, 24 are fit to the surrounding edge of the back side of an impeller member 18 through the openings 20a, 20b to maintain the state of the proximity of the arms 15, 16 to each other. This state makes the arms 15, 16 removed from the opening part of a panel and a bundling band 11 removed from a panel. As a result, a wire harness held by the bundling band 11 can easily be removed, which improves the disassembling workability of wire harnesses and panels and increases the recycling rate of the panels. |
