Loratadine and a leukotriene antagonist are used in the manufacture of a medicament for treating asthma, allergy or inflammation. The leukotriene antagonist is either montelukast sodium, pranlukast, zafirlukast, sodium 1-(((R)-(3-(2-(6,7-difluoro-2-quinolinyl)ethenyl)phenyl)-3-(2-(2-hydroxy-2-propyl)phenyl)thio)methyl)cyclopropaneacetate or 1-(((R)-(3-(2-(2,3-dichlorothieno[3,2-b]pyridin-5-yl)-(E)-ethenyl)phenyl)-3-(2-(1-hydroxy-1-methylethyl)-phenyl)propyl)thio)methyl)cyclopropaneacetic acid or a sodium salt thereof.
