TOLL COLLECTING SYSTEM, TOLL COLLECTING TERMINAL, HOST EQUIPMENT, TOLL COLLECTING METHOD AND IC CARD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure caused in the case of introducing a simple ETC system without having radio communication equipment in the tollgate of a toll road. SOLUTION: The simple ETC system is provided with toll collecting terminals 13 for adding job start time information to data which is read by an IC card reader and transmitting it to relay computers 12 and the relay computers 12 each of which has a security analyzing part for storing plural toll tables in a hard disk device at every toll exchange period, decoding IC card inquiry data received from the terminal 13 and analyzing the contents of the inquiry and has a CPU for executing a settlement processing by the toll table of the period corresponding to job start time information which is included in IC card inquiry data by the result of data analysis.
