<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of applied equipment and to suppress deterioration with passage of time due to continuous conduction by allowing the information processing terminal to switch a print output device to a ready mode and hold the device in the mode after confirming the progress of a task which complies with customer request. SOLUTION: A customer confirmating part 3 starts confirming a customer, once it detects the customer approaching. Then the customer indicates a task through an input operation part 4 and then the task begins to be selected. Meanwhile, a control program 5 makes a control part 2 switch the print output device 7 from a sleep mode to the ready mode in predetermined timing. Then an application program 6 selected in compliance with the customer's request starts the processing operation of the task, and after the processing operation of the task is completed, a print indication is given to the print output device 7. The print output device 7, having received the print indication, already is in standby state in the ready mode, so that once the indication for print output is received, the task is started immediately.</p> |
