<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which enables a high aperture ratio to be realized by reducing a holding capacity while display defects are suppressed such as cross-talk incident to increase in stray capacity and thereby miniaturizing the TFT size. SOLUTION: Pixels are constituted in such a manner that two holding capacity electrodes 3 are provided which are each along a source electrode wiring 6b and an adjacent one 6b and which are each formed so as to be partly superposed with a pixel electrode 8, and that a floating electrode 23 is provided which is formed through a gap 24 in an electrically floating state on the extension of the two holding capacity electrodes 3.</p> |
