PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective device for rush current, etc., which can prevent malfunctions of a plurality of electrical appliances by eliminating load-side stresses caused by a rush current, etc., through control of loads caused by the AC power supply to the electric appliances. SOLUTION: A protective device for rush current, etc., is constituted of a control circuit 10 composed of a substrate A provided with a commanding means 11, which outputs commands to a plurality of electrical appliances upon accepting loads of the AC power supply to the electrical appliances as internal input signals and a control means 18 which controls the loads based on the commands from the commanding means 11, a remote control means 23 which is connected to the substrate A and controls the external electrical appliances, by remotely operating the appliances and transmitting the operations to the commanding means 11 and control means 18, and a monitoring means 27 which monitors the means 11, 18, and 23.
