PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion device capable of performing color conversion of higher accuracy by using a conversion table and a nonlinear interpolation expression together. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a conversion table storage part 14 provided with the conversion table storing data within an output color space respectively corresponding to the finite number of coordinate groups within an input color space and a nonlinear interpolation part 13 provided with the nonlinear interpolation expression for nonlinearly interpolating input chrominance signals to output chrominance signals. The conversion table storage part 14 turns output data stored in the conversion table to the output chrominance signal in the case that the input chrominance signal is located on the coordinate group of the conversion table. The nonlinear interpolation part 13 calculates the output chrominance signal by using the nonlinear interpolation formula in the case that the input chrominance signal is not located on the coordinate group.
