PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the execution speed of a program fast and to generate no problem in the program execution, even when the program is compiled before being executed. SOLUTION: A compiler 100 predicts a module to be linked, when the program is executed and generates codes after inter-module optimization and a linker 300 links the codes after the inter-module optimization, only when a module having expected contents when the program is executed is linked. Consequently, the inter-module optimization of a program with which modules constituting the program are linked at execution can be performed before the program is executed to speed up the execution of the program.
