PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a function macro without a logical change by providing a timing control part, which is actuated with the head pulse of an input signal or the input of a reception completion monitor and sends a request signal out, outside the function macro. SOLUTION: An input signal reception part 2 reports the completion of reception to outside the function macro 1 in such a case by using the reception completion monitor. The external timing control part is actuated with the reception completion monitor or the head pulse of the input signal and sends an I/F access request signal out. With this request signal, a time counter 5 starts counting up and a core part 3 and an I/F control part 4 start operating. Here, when a process of a core part 3 needs to access the I/F signal more than once, the time counter 5 is temporarily stopped after the I/F signal is accessed once, and then an I/F access request signal from the timing control part is awaited again; after it is received, the time counter 5 restarts with the last count value to advance the process of the core part 3.
