PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical-fiber probe which can be installed easily and a measuring apparatus and facility having the probe. SOLUTION: This probe includes at least one optical fiber cable 13, 20 and an electric circuit 12 having retaining members 14 optically connected to signal conversion means 4, 21 for retaining optical-fiber elements. The electric circuit has a removable electric connector 15 connected to the signal conversion means such as light emitting diodes and/ or photodetectors and supplies or receives electric signals 17, 22 for use by a processing circuit 6. This measuring apparatus has at least one optical-fiber probe connected to the processing circuit 6 by the removable electric connector 15. Particularly applied to a temperature measuring probe and apparatus having optical fibers and a facility having conductors.
