PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stripe fogging. SOLUTION: In an image forming device provided with a photoreceptor, an charging means uniformly charges the surface of the photoreceptor so as to be at a prescribed dark potential, an image exposing means exposing an image so that the potential on the surface of the photoreceptor uniformly charged is lowered to be a prescribed bright potential, a developing means forming a toner image by sticking toner to a part of the surface of the photoreceptor having higher potential than a prescribed developing bias potential and a transfer means transferring the toner image formed on the photoreceptor to a transfer material, test potential lower than developing bias potential by a prescribed potential fluctuation predicted quantity is set in place of the specified developing bias potential, and a white image is test-formed on the transfer paper, and it is discriminated whether or not the stripe fogging is formed on the transfer paper on which the white image is test-formed, and in the case of discriminating that the stripe fogging is formed based on a discriminate result, the exposure of the image exposure means is increased and adjusted. |
