<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure preventing the occurrence of a linear defect and facilitating a high numerical aperture by providing signal lines or reserve lines adjacent on a periphery of a pixel electrode and two superimposed areas that respective partial parts are superimposed and forming the capacity in the superimposed areas so as to equalize each other. SOLUTION: The reserve lines 31 are connected to data lines 2 for applying a voltage to the pixel electrode 4 of a certain column at every one piece of the pixel electrode 4. The reserve lines 32 are connected to the data lines 2 for applying the voltage to the pixel electrode 4 of an adjacent column at every one piece of the pixel electrode 4. In this wiring substrate, the capacity between the pixel electrode 4 and the reserve line 31 is equalized with the capacity between the pixel electrode 4 and the reserve line 32. Then, when a disconnection defect occurs in the data line 2, a signal voltage is applied to the signal lines so as to bypass a disconnection place through the reserve lines 31, 32. Thus, the structure preventing the occurrence of the linear defect and facilitating the high numerical aperture is obtained.</p> |
