PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To peel off in a vertical direction without shear force to be applied to an overlapping surface, to prevent retouch, and to stably peel off a stamper without group damage when the adhered stamper immediately after electroforming is peeled off. SOLUTION: Works 10 and 20 are placed on a turntable 21 for retaining and are compressed at the side of a releaser 22, the turntable 21 is interlocked to the releaser 22 with an interlocking mechanism 32, the turntable 21 is rotated for carrying out peeling-starting point treatment by a cutter 31 or the like, and a stamper is peeled off. Also, by a magnetic force-generation means 30 in the turntable 21, two stampers are overlapped for retaining, and, furthermore, a mechanism 33 at an outer-periphery part is provided to apply magnetic force to the outer-periphery part of the group of the stamper. Also, the magnetic force-generation means allows the magnetic force to be varied automatically by a means for detecting the permeability of the works.
