EVALUATION OF EASINESS TO BREAKAGE OF LIPSTICK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate the easiness to break of a lipstick in a non- destructive manner. SOLUTION: The T2 emphasized image of the transverse section or vertical section of a lipstick is obtained by the NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance) imaging method and a ratio of the average value of signal intensities of the outer peripheral portion of the lipstick from the surface thereof to X% (X=5-70) of the radius thereof and the average value of signal intensities of the center portion of the lipstick from the center thereof to Y% of the radius thereof is used to evaluate the easiness to breakage of the lipstick in a non-destructive manner.
