PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record and reproduce a two-dimensional image as a moving image in an optical recording medium such as an optical card and an apparatus for reading such a medium. SOLUTION: In an optical recording medium 1 in which the data 4a-4n duplicated from that obtained drawing, with electron beam, the interference fringe of hologram corresponding to the two-dimensional image to be recorded to the respective areas on a substrate 2 and an optical recording medium having a plurality of recording areas 3a-3n on the recording layer formed on the substrate 2, a plurality of two-dimensional images are recorded as the moving images.
