PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin film easy to manufacture and superior in optical diffusion. SOLUTION: This acrylic resin film has total light transmittance of not less than 90%, cloud rate of not less than 30% and 60 deg., and surface glossiness of not more than 25%. When the surface glossiness is increased to not less than 130% by carrying out mirror transfer by using a press molding machine, it has a thickness of not more than 500μm having the total light transmittance of not less than 90% and the cloud rate of not more than 10%. An illumination cover has this acrylic resin film.
