Tubular post has foot (1a), placed in tubular base (2) of floor beam (3), with stop (5) touching upper end of base and with skirting clamp (13) attached to post. Locking rod (7) is articulated around transversal axis (6) and has lower arm (10) placed near or under and foot and intermediate arm (9) placed in front of aperture (11) through post. Rod can rotate between two positions. First position is non-operating position where intermediate arm goes through aperture and lower arm is entirely inside post. Second position is locking position where intermediate arm is kept inside post and lower arm moves transversally ensuring post cannot be extracted from base.
