PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce external power consumption resulting from an unnecessary circuit operating current by using a voltage control element for an ON/OFF control means of the stabilized power circuit. SOLUTION: A thyristor 1 is provided as the voltage control element between the output part of an error amplifier Amp of the stabilized power circuit and the base of a transistor Tr2. The anode of the thyristor 1 is connected to the output part of the error amplifier Amp and the collector of a transistor Tr3, the cathode is connected to the base of the TR2, and the gate is connected to an output ON terminal. The gate and cathode of the thyristor 1 are connected through a resistor 3. Consequently, it is not necessary to always apply an external signal at the time of ON/OFF control and the external power consumption resulting from an unnecessary circuit operating current is reduced. |
