<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of the preparation of an operation manual. SOLUTION: The set input of a layout is received by a keyboard 3, the model data of the layout is read from a storing part 9, and image data on a displayed image is stored in an image data storage area 6a when a prescribed key operation is performed in the process of executing an object program of preparing an operation manual. Size adjustment is performed so as to make the displayed image stay within the image area of a set layout in response to it, and a page adhered to a prescribed position of the layout is generated and stored in an edited data storage area 6b. Then, the input of caption words corresponding to the displayed image is accepted.</p> |
