<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Fourier transform infrared circular dichroism apparatus which performs a Fourier transform operation while AC interferon is being acquired and which can measure infrared circular dichroism. SOLUTION: A received signal which is outputted from a detector 6 is amplified by a preamplifier 7, it is passed through a band-pass filter 8 and a lock-in amplifier 9, and AC interferon is extracted so as to be given to a computer 20 via a low-pass filter 10. The output of the preamplifier is given also to a level follow-up comparator 21 in parallel, and DC interferon in the received signal is monitored here. When it reaches a peak, a trigger is outputted so as to be given to the computer. The time in which the trigger is generated in a position in which the optical path difference of an interferometer 2 is zero. On the basis of it, the computer processes Fourier-transform on the AC interferon so as to find circular dichroism.</p> |
