PROGRAM EXECUTION MONITOR METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a main program to monitor an execution time delicately by deciding that a synchronous interrupting program is abnormal and stopping a control system when the synchronous interruption signal count in an execution cycle of the main program deviates from a predetermined decision value. SOLUTION: The main program begins to be executed and synchronous interruption signals of a synchronizing program are counted in the execution cycle of the main program (S11). It is decided whether the count value N2 is within a normal range (S12). This decision is made according whether or not the count value N2 meets (β1<=N2<=β2). If the count value N2 deviates in the normal range, it is judged that the synchronous interrupting program is executed abnormally (S13) and the control system is stopped.
