<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the state change or abnormality of a plant by acquiring plant information about the plant on-line from the plant to be monitored and controlled and also to allow a multimedia display means to display or output relation information obtained by this relationship by automatically relating related information with each other on-line based on the detection results. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plant information inputting means 1 which fetches plant information on a plant on-line, a plant information relating means 2 which monitors on-line information to detect the abnormality and state change of the plant and obtains relation information for relating on-line information related to the monitoring results with each other, an relation plant information processing means 3 which prepares a processing sequence and display data for displaying or outputting the monitoring results and relation information related to the results from the relation information and a multimedia displaying and outputting means 4 which displays or outputs the display data.</p> |
