METHOD FOR ROTATING HIGHLY ADDRESSABLE IMAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To most suitably rotate a highly addressable binary image. SOLUTION: Highly addressable image data in made to pass through a low pass filter and an image passing through the filter is re-sampled. Then, a standard addressable semi-gray scale image is generated (S300 and S400). Image data which is re-sampled is rotated (S500). A highly addressable half tone is given to rotated image data (S500). The processed image is outputted.
