PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the care of breakage of a cell voltage detecting line and reduce the laying cost of the cell voltage detecting line by providing printed boards on both positive and negative electrode sides of batteries arranged parallel and on a prescribed side surface, and providing a lead tub and a protecting circuits on the respective boards. SOLUTION: A flexible printed board 1 has a lead tube pattern 5 and a protecting circuit part group 2, and the board 1 is bent on the basis of two bending lines 4 and put over 8 cells 6. The connections between the mutual cells 6 and between the cells 6 and the protecting circuit part group 2 are attained by the pattern 5 provided on the board 1, and lead terminals 3 having the voltage corresponding to the connected 8 cells 6 are drawn out from the protecting circuit part group 2 as the external battery connecting terminals of a set battery. To set the pattern 5 on the board 1, the printing to the inside surface of the board 1 and the nipping by a plurality of board 1 can be both adapted.
