PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power consumption indicator for machine capable of indicating power consumption of each power consuming element in the machine and power consumption per one production cycle of a product. SOLUTION: By indicating accumlatedly the average power consumption of power consuming elements M1, M3, M4, M2, M6, M5 while accumulating for every predetermined time period, the average power consumption of every power consuming element of M1, M3, M4, M2, M6, M5 is indicated by a graph along with the total sum thereof. Power consumption Whc per one production cycle of a product being produced by repeating the operation is also indicated. The balance of power consumption among respective power consuming elements, the change with time of power consumption of each power consuming element, and the change with time of total power consumption are determined definitely. Furthermore, the production cost (power cost) of product is founded easily from the power consumption per one production cycle. |
