PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in productivity through confirming operation by enabling communication with a server program on the same condition as real operation, even when a server program is completely prepared but a client is not completely prepared or is non existent. SOLUTION: For this generating method, an interface definition language file 1 is analyzed by a generating part 10 of a client system 4, a graphical user interface(GUI) 6 of a data input/output picture plane 11 is generated and the GUI of certification operation picture 12 and a cryptographic operation picture plane 13 is generated from a security definition file 2. Also, a security library 3 is linked with an interface defined by the definition file 2. By connecting an engine part 9 and a communication part 8, having the general function of the client 4 to this library, the client system 4 is structured.
