PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify an emergency condensate reservoir equipment in stand-by state and control water level during normal operation of a condensate reservoir equipment to which at least one emergency condensate reservoir equipment and at least one normal condensate reservoir equipment are separately arranged for each function. SOLUTION: By providing piping 34 and 35, a pump 22 and stop valves 41 and 50 in between an emergency condensate reservoir equipment 12 and a normal condensate reservoir equipment, a part of the condensate of the emergency condensate reservoir equipment 12 is recovered in the normal condensate reservoir equipment 11, purified and supplied from the normal condensate reservoir equipment 11 to the emergency condensate reservoir equipment 12. When the condensate of the normal condensate reservoir equipment 11 is supplied to the condenser 4 in normal operation, the condensate is purified with a condensate filter demineralizer 6, and so the condensate of the emergency condensate reservoir equipment 12 is also purified by this process. Water level control can be also performed in the same system.
