PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effective power consumption and heat generation at the time of extracting the same current with a simplified structure by controlling a current mainly with a capacitor and then rectifying the current with a diode. SOLUTION: When an AC power source 1 is impressed to a series circuit of a first capacitor 2, a resistor 3 and a zener diode 4, a half-wave voltage of which peak is cut with the zener voltage is generated at both ends of the zener diode 4. This voltage is applied to the second capacitor 6 with the diode 5 to charge the same capacitor, a DC element is extracted from both ends of the second capacitor 6 and the voltage is further stabilized with a regulator 8 and is then supplied to a control circuit 9. Accordingly, a small amount of current can be extracted because of the half-wave rectification but the number of parts can be reduced to attain the simplified structure. Moreover, since the main current determines the impedance of the first capacitor, the effective power consumption to be consumed by a circuit for the output current that can be extracted actually can also be reduced.
