PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic magnetic relay equipped with relay terminals capable of corresponding to different specifications of a plurality of users and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to a magnetic relay and a manufacturing method of the magnetic relay. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic relay 21 has an electromagnet, a magnetic circuit, and a set of contact springs, housed in or mounted on a base member, and has a plurality of lead terminals projected from the base member and connected to a coil of the electromagnet and to contacts of a contact spring assembly. In the electromagnetic relay 21 the base member, through which the plurality of lead terminals are put, is provided with through holes corresponding to a plurality of lead terminals of the same thickness but different in widths, for example, lead terminals 4a, 23b, and having the same size as the through hole for the wider lead terminal 4a of the two lead terminals 4a, 23b, the lead terminal 23b narrower than the lead terminal 4a of the same thickness but of the largest width is provided with a fit part to the through hole, and the width of the fit part is adapted to be equal to the width of the lead terminal 4a.
