PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ceiling cap from being unwantedly dropped by reducing possible usage under an incomplete mounting condition by supplying no electricity, when it is incompletely mounted. SOLUTION: A ceiling cap 10 to be protruded with a pair of hook-shaped conductive pieces 11 is provided. A ceiling body 20 equipped with a pair of circular arc-shaped receptacle holes 21 for receiving the hook-shaped head part 12 of each hook-shaped conductive piece 11 and a circular arc-shaped pressure contact surface 29 to be brought into pressure contact with each hook- shaped head part 12 are provided. Each hook-shaped head part 12 is inserted in a circular arc-shaped receptacle hole 21, and the ceiling cap 10 is mounted to the ceiling body 20 by rotating the entire ceiling cap 10 in this rotating and hooking type ceiling rosette. Each pressure contact surface 29 is divided into an initial stage pressure contact surface 29a to be brought into pressure contact with the hook-shaped head part 12 at the initial stage of the rotation, and a latter stage pressure contact surface 29b to be brought into pressure contact with the hook-shaped head part 12 at the later stage of the rotation. The initial pressure contact surface 29a is made an insulating surface. The later stage pressure contact surface 29b is made a conductive bracket surface.
